For the founder carrying too much

Your whole life, held by someone who knows you

ElliottOS holds every part of your life in one calm place. At the centre of it is Alfred, your AI life assistant, who learns how you think and each morning hands you the one thing that matters most today. Alfred is yours to shape: the personality, the voice, even the name. Then you can put down the weight you have been carrying in your head.

The real problem

You do not have a discipline problem. You have a system problem. Nobody can out-hustle a system that is held together by willpower and fourteen apps that do not talk to each other.

How it works

A rhythm, not a to-do list

The whole system runs on one loop. You do not need every feature to get the value, you need the loop. Once it is a habit, everything else just makes it sharper.

01

Check in each morning

Open the dashboard, read the one thing that matters and Alfred's brief. Under a minute, and it tells you where to point today.

02

Work one clear list

Your frog and top three are already set. Do the frog first, the thing you least want to do and most need to, then the rest.

03

Reset each week

Clear the backlog, commit the coming week, and run a guided review. What you conclude flows back in, so nothing drifts.

Built on you, not a blank app

It starts with who you are

Every other tool hands you an empty screen. ElliottOS begins with you, and everything after ladders back to it. This is the spine most apps never have, and it is why the system gets truer the longer you run it, and why Alfred sounds like he actually knows you.

Your Foundations

A guided set of honest questions: your values, how you are wired, the belief holding you back, the one thing that would change the most. The bedrock Alfred reasons from, not a form you fill and forget.

Your North Star

The vision your seasons serve. Every goal ladders up to it and every habit votes for it, so the day in front of you and the life you actually want stop being two different things.

The review cadence

Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews that compound. What you conclude writes back into the system, so nothing drifts and every season sharpens the next.

The Systems Library

Proven systems, installed in a tap

You do not need a year-long course on systems. You need the system running by tonight. ElliottOS holds a library of proven ones, and because it already knows you, it does not hand you a catalogue to wade through. Alfred reads your Foundations and your North Star, puts the few that fit your life at the top, and installs the goal and its keystone habit for you.

Goal and habit, as one

Every system is a goal paired with the one small daily habit that makes it real, shaped so a tiny action compounds. Built on how habits actually hold, not on motivation.

Chosen for you

Alfred weighs your Foundations and North Star and surfaces the handful that fit, so you start with two that matter, not forty you will never touch.

One keystone to start

Each system begins with a single keystone habit, on purpose. You build the daily vote first, then stack. That is how it lasts past February.

Once a system is in, Alfred tracks how well you are keeping it, and it shows up in your morning brief and your reviews. A course teaches you about systems. ElliottOS runs them with you.

The orbits

Every part of your life, one page each

An orbit is one area of your life. Open one and it gives you an honest one-line read first, then the numbers, then the tools to act. You choose which you use and how deep you go.

Health

Vitals, sleep, training and bloodwork, read as one honest picture.

Wealth

Net worth, runway and financial freedom. Snapshots, not transactions.

Pursuits

The deep work you pour into what matters, projects and focus blocks.

Relationships

The people who matter, and the touchpoints that keep them close.

Growth

The skills you are building, practised on purpose toward your vision.

Mind

Journal, mood, gratitude and the inner game, tracked without grading you.

Presence

Stillness and attention, the quiet counterweight to the doing.

North Star

The vision your seasons serve. Goals ladder to it, habits vote for it.

Meet Alfred

An assistant shaped to you

Every other assistant is one-size-fits-all, a blank chat with a stranger's manner. Alfred is a starting point you make your own. Choose him or her. Name them whatever feels right. Pick a voice that suits you, or bring in your own. Set how hard they push and how they speak to you. The result does not feel like software. It feels like someone in your corner who has known you for years.

  • Knows your whole life, opening already holding the true state of every part of it, not a blank box that forgets you between questions.
  • Learns you, and gets sharper, as every review and every choice teaches him how you are wired.
  • A specialist in every area, coaching health, wealth, mind, relationships and work each like it is the only thing he does, while still seeing the whole.
  • Your second brain, holding what you would otherwise carry in your head and handing it back the moment you need it.
  • Acts, not just answers, capturing the task, planning the week and keeping your calendar in step.

"Wealth is the one to watch this week. Everything else is holding. Start with the deck."

Alfred, your life assistant

Connects to your world

It reads from the tools you already run

Bring in what you already track, and the orbits fill themselves. Nothing to key in twice.

Health data

Your wearable flows in through Google Health, so vitals, sleep and training are always current.

Your money

Connect YNAB or a statement, and balances and spend land in Wealth on their own.

Calendar and tasks

Akiflow keeps your committed week and your calendar in step, both ways.

Your reading

Readwise highlights arrive for triage, so what you read turns into something you use.

Projects

ClickUp projects sit alongside your pursuits, with completions counted where it matters.

Your own Claude

Connect Alfred to Claude so he can reach your whole system as a private assistant.

Yours, and private

Built to hold your whole life safely

This is the most personal data you own. It is treated that way from the first screen.

Face ID at the door

Your device opens the app, and sensitive orbits can sit behind their own lock.

A private vault

Anything you mark secret is encrypted so that only you can read it, never us.

Your data, exportable

Take a full copy whenever you want, and delete everything just as easily.

Clear consent

Health and financial data are only ever used with your explicit say-so.

However much you want

Start as light as you like

Worried it looks like a lot? It only is if you want it to be. ElliottOS runs at three intensities on the same foundation, and you choose how much system you want. Begin with almost nothing and grow into it, or do not. You can move up or down any time, and nothing is ever deleted when you switch.

Extra Lite

Alfred, a morning brief, and a short list for today. Nothing to plan, nothing to maintain. If a whole system feels like too much right now, start here and breathe.

Lite

The daily loop and your spine, without the heavy machinery. A simple weekly plan, your life in orbits, and one weekly review. This is where most people settle.

Full

The whole system, when you want it: the full plan, pursuits, goals, and the complete review cadence. The version its founder runs. Step up if and when you are ready.

So there is no wrong way in. Pick the lightest one that feels good, and let it earn the next step.

Pricing

One plan. Everything in it.

No tiers, no upsells, no add-ons. The whole system, from day one.

Questions

Good to know

Do I have to use every part of it?

No. ElliottOS runs at three intensities on the same foundation, and you pick how much system you want. Extra Lite is Alfred, a morning brief and a short list, nothing you have to run. Lite is the daily loop and your spine, without the heavy machinery, where most people live. Full is the whole thing. You can move between them any time, and nothing is deleted when you switch.

What is Alfred, really?

Alfred is your AI life assistant. He reads your whole system, writes your morning brief, coaches you inside each orbit, and can act on your behalf, capturing tasks, planning your week and keeping your calendar in step. You can talk to him or type.

What is the Systems Library?

A set of proven systems you install in a tap, each a goal paired with the one keystone habit that makes it real. Alfred reads your Foundations and North Star and puts the few that fit you first, sets up the goal and habit for you, then tracks how well you keep it. It is the opposite of a year-long course: the system runs from the day you install it.

Is my data private?

Yes. Face ID gates the app, anything you mark secret is encrypted so only you can read it, and health and financial data are only used with your explicit consent. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Which tools does it connect to?

Google Health for your wearable, YNAB or a statement for money, Akiflow for calendar and tasks, Readwise for your reading, and ClickUp for projects. You can also connect Alfred to your own Claude.

Can I get help setting it up?

Yes. Every Jonny Elliott consulting package includes free ElliottOS access, and Jonny sets it up with you personally and coaches you through using it, step by step.

What does it cost, and can I cancel?

One plan, two ways to pay: £50 a month, or £500 a year, which is two months free. Everything is included either way, with no tiers or add-ons. You can switch between monthly and annual, or cancel, any time from inside the app, and there is no lock-in.

Stop white-knuckling it

A year from now you will be a year older either way. The only question is whether you spent it busy, or whether you spent it running the whole thing like an operator.
